  • After 18 years in the service industry, Pauline Leung left her position as public relations
    manager at Hilton International Taipei to establish Compass Public Relations in July, 1989,
    together with a group of experienced professionals from various business fields.
  • Born in Hong Kong, Pauline graduated from Sacred Heart Canossian College and obtained
    her MBA degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, USA. Later on she also attended a
    marketing management program at Stanford University's Business Graduate School.
    Her service industry career began at Cathay Pacific Airways head office in Hong Kong,
    where she quickly established herself in the field of customer relations and won the Sales
    and Marketing Executives International "Distinguished Salesperson Award" in 1979.
  • In 1980, Pauline moved to Taipei and joined Hilton International as their public relations
    manager. During her eight-year tenure at the hotel group, she demonstrated tremendous
    skills in building visibility and credibility for the company through media exposure and active
    participation in the community.
  • She received a citation from the Social Affairs Department in 1983, honoring her support
    and involvement in the annual "Good Men, Good Deeds" event sponsored by the Taiwan
    government. Career highlights also included winning a "Distinguished Public Relations
    Award" presented to her by the Chinese Public Relations Association in 1989, and
    "Outstanding Senior PR Practitioner" by the Public Relations Foundation and Public
    Relations Association in 2010. Frequently invited as a guest speaker at universities and
    professional meetings, seminars and symposiums on public relations and communications
    skills, Pauline was once named "Taiwan's Top Image Maker" by Asian Business magazine.
  • Pauline is featured extensively in the local media as a successful women entrepreneur,
    public relations specialist, destination marketing expert, as well as a gourmet and
    volunteer of NGOs.
  • She is also a regular contributing columnist focusing on public relations and her first best
    selling book The New Public Relations Era was published in 1995.

  • 從事公關業已有二十多年經驗的梁吳蓓琳女士,於1989年與一群專業人士共同成立達豐公關顧問股份有限公司。
  • 出生於香港,梁女士畢業於香港聖心女子學院,美國杜蘭大學企管碩士,亦曾於加州史丹佛大學商學院進修行銷管理學。
  • 梁女士於1970年進入國泰航空香港總公司。任票務部主任一職期間,於1979年榮獲香港「國際業務及行銷專業協會」所頒贈的「傑出業務人員」金像獎。
  • 其後,梁女士於1980年來台。受聘於台北希爾頓大飯店任公關經理一職,在職期間為該國際飯店建立良好的社會形象。1983年獲國民黨中央委員會社工會好人好事表揚,頒贈「熱心服務社會榮譽狀」。並於1989年榮獲中華公關協會所頒贈的「傑出公關獎」。2010年獲公關基金會及公關經營人協會頒贈「資深公關人」榮譽獎。
  • 擁有專業工作經驗,並精通英文、國語、上海及廣東話等語言的梁女士,時常受邀接受各界學術團體,就「公共關係」及「溝通技巧」,「企業形像建立」等主題作專題演講,並曾被英文亞洲商業雜誌譽為「台灣頂尖的形象塑造者」。
  • 梁女士於1995年出版《新時代公關》一書,內容包括梁女士多年來對企業公關實務﹑形像建立等之經驗及心得。
